One of those black jacket individuals?

Perhaps we should take up a collection to get you another jacket.

    (Forgiven ;-)
They did use the threat of violence to get their own way, I agree.

That doesn't automatically make it bullying, it is a different type of
    intimidation.

Bullying implies an emotional reason for the intimidating actions that
don't I believe exist in this particular case.

The proper word if it existed is likely to be 'obfuscative' but hey. You
    only do abuse.. :)

There were people pretending to be veterens who actually were not.

Some of those people were threatened and intimidated into ceasing these
    claims.

Did you stand up and defend them? Are you willing to do so now?
Then we must be talking about those vets with misplaced minds...

Is it not possible then we are also talking about a minority of Ulysses
members also suffering from 'misplaced mind'?
Yes you are arguing that, no question at all. I'm just saying that
    other people believe otherwise.

What you are in effect saying is that it makes a difference if people
pretend to be in the army but that it doesn't matter if they pretend to
be in the navy (well some people might argue that anyway ;-)
That is the intermediate cause, but not the original cause.
You don't use analogies much either!
    That's another analogy.
But not between oranges and mandarins...
    I'm sure I won't change your mind, it's obviously made up :)

    Best shot? Nah...

I took down a fox at 100 metres between the eyes with a .22 when I was a
    teenager once though.

That probably wasn't my best shot either but it annoyed my mate because
he'd missed one 5 minutes earlier so it's probably my favourite shot ;-)

Took out a crow at 500 metres with my custom built heavy barrel Sako 7mm
Remington Magnum using match grade projectiles and hand loaded cases
    producing a MV of 3200FPS.

That was about 15 years ago when I was into such things, now my eyes would
not be up to such a shot.

    Nope.

I just happen to think that given the context within which I made that
    comment, no argument was necessary.

    I still don't.

A Sako 7mm? I've never used on of those to be honest although I did
have a Sako 22.250 at one stage. Sako do make some nice guns.

I have to confess I tended to use the mini 14 more though, less
pretty... just seemed better suited to rough and tumble scrub use.

I had a SS Mini 14, untill the Government decided that I could no longer be
trusted with guns and I handed in all my semi-auto's (including a KTG 12
Gauge, Ruger 44 Magnum carbine, and Ruger 22) after that I lost interest in
    shooting as a hobby.

You've chosen a shit analogy to make your point. First, you probably
should have invented the pink helmet or at least been one of the first
to wear pink helmets, and you must have a reputation for wearing pink
helmets, and people or groups who are not you should not have any such
reputation. Your earlier assertion that the OMC do not have
intellectual property on the wearing of patches and rockers is probably
    also a debatable point.
