Constructive criticism required

    Sadly not. I employee someone whose job it is, is to plow through
    stuff like that and then do it. I rely on what he tells me, with a
    little bit of reading the specs myself.
    That's what I've scan read as well.
    The gist is, is that anyone should be able to accomplish the task on
    the site. They may not get the pretty version with al the whizzy
    web2.0 shite, but they should be able to do the task.
    There's two sides to it. There's meeting the spec and there's knowing
    their user base. For example, my current client wants to support
    screen readers. This is despite knowing that over the last 10 years,
    and from their current user base of 90000 users, there are no blind or
    partially sighted people.

    We now always advise on WCAG2, but with close examination of the
    userbase as well, to see if anything else is required.
