In the Dago group there is a Taka who fitted them to an R6. He reports they
work well, but eventually I chose a kit from LSL to rise handlebars for my
    Turderace [1]

You may like this claimed +95mm in übertkraut TüV compliant quality.

Also check Bagster or some of those (horrible looking) French "sellerie" for
    a more confortable seating.

[1] Ordered tomorrow. I have discovered that due to a minor crash in 2001 my
left handlebar is bent 1cm down, that's why I always had pain in the left
side of the body after long distances! I installed a taller windscreen and
couldn't understand why when riding I could see the outer left top
windscreen and inner right... it's all about ergonomics.

I've used Gilles Variobars on the 9R and 10R.

They work very well. Well worth the money.
