    Hi All

Well, the police wonder why we have no respect for them or the legal system.
This is what really shits me, people like "Senior Cuntstable Andrew Robert
Cumming" in the position he's in get caught and reported by his fellow
officers for speeding at 240kph on the Bulli freeway twice, yet only
receives a $800 fine for each offence plus $67 for court fees absolute
bullshit if you ask me, 45+ fine should have been $1600 or more for each
    offence,
To top it off only a 1yr licence suspension.....

His licence was suspended in June last year. For the first charge magistrate
Antony Townsden suspended his licence for six months, which expired last
December. For the second charge Mr Townsden disqualified him from driving
for a further one year until December 7.

    18 month suspension in total.

He was in a position of authority, he is meant to be a role model, he was
speeding on a crowded expressway and was driving in a manner that caused 1
of his own to report him, he was way over double the posted speed limit, he
did it twice in a week.
If this had been Joe Average they would be in goal, no job and much larger
    fines.

I was told by the judge at my last court appearance that if I had been going
    4Kph faster I would've gone to gaol myself, I was going 156 in a 100 zone
way out the back of Cowra, no traffic and good road conditions.
I have since seen him at Mt White, he overtook the car I was a passenger in
(and will be till Jan 2008) over double yellows and way over the posted
limit on his new ZX12, when I approached him and spoke about it he said, "do
you have it on video?" when he said no he said bad luck, I then spoke about
my ticket and he tells me I only got the ticket cause I stopped, he wanted a
chase and was pissed off that he didn't get it.
I also have a few stories about the 2 TSG bike cops that hang around
Hornsby, but why bother, I'm just going to get flamed about what I've posted
so far, why add to it.

Surely he must be dead? Every k over is a killer. Apparently.

No flaming, just don't fully understand, the guy on the '12 who passed you
was the judge or the cop who was pissed he didn't get a chase..

Any other normal citizen would have "lost" a lot more than he did...

License for 2yrs first and then at least another 2yrs for second., and
    a lot more coin.

In Queensland you would be up for a dangerous driving charge.

So, why not go out and get busted for doing 240km/h in the same area
so we can do a true comparison??

sorry that I didn't make it clear, it was the cop that busted me on Lachlan
Valley Way, middle of BFN and gave me a invitation to Yass court.

    from the text
"Just two days later Cumming was driving with two different constables when
he reached at least 202km/h on the same freeway and overtook about 30 other
cars while travelling at that speed. In both cases they were not driving to
    an urgent police job."
