I was more thinking along the lines of the fact that all the roads
between me and the shops are fairly quiet 20mph-limits. The level of
risk for a 15 minute round-trip is, I'll wager, nowhere near that of
riding along twisty A-roads at 100mph+ with a group of riders all trying
to prove they've got the biggest, hairiest nadgers.
