Anyone here had experience of the snitcher by datatool?

They do a good engine kill switch. Its usually marketed as an "alarm".

I wouldn't bet on it. I had a datatool on my SV, and it went wrong. The
symptoms being dash lights failing, but the headlight and indicators
still ok. Next step, bike electrics died completely.

When I finally got the bike to the dealer (they sent a van), they
diagnosed a dead PCB. They had 3 spares - first was DOA, second was
DOA. They rang datatool for advice and had to wait 45 mins for a
response which was to "try the last one and see what happens". They
did, and it worked. I had great confidence in it, obviously.
