We all know she's not going to post any details on here so why bother
    asking?

Personally I wouldn't report him but I'll quite happily repeat
anything he's posted on this group. Searching other groups comes into
the category of being too much hassle but others may not see it the
    same way.

because she made posts about "reporting him" on here in the first
place. If Nina has concerns under her "duty of care" obligation[1]
then she should have thought about it and either acted on it or not. I
think making the accusations here first was a mistake.

[1] and I don't think that she does have an obligation re: "stuff
she's read on the internet not actually connected with her day job".

  4. Unless her dayjob has something to do with protection of minors or
legal duty of care towards same..

Duty of care being the key.

She's a contractor and as such doesn't recognise duty
or care unless you're talking about her pay cheque.

there could be no legal duty of care in respect of the perceived
actions of someone in another country, particularly when that
perception came from "some stuff on the Internet".

Of course, she way well feel that she has a /moral/ duty of care, for
whatever reason. In any case, if she is serious about doing something
about it (and I'm not trying to insinuate that she's not), then I
don't think she should have posted anything here about it.

I am required by my company's code of conduct to report any and
all reports of malfunctions of our products to the company, no
matter where I encounter them. It's a very real and serious
    obligation.

  13. Well - this is true. Which is why it's all a bit of a grey area.
    Indeed.
