Decent customer service

    A few of us use exo heated clothing for winter trips and though it
    works really well I had a problem with one of the cables fretting at a
    connector and shorting out leaving me with cold fingers when we went
    to the Elefant earlier this year.

    I'd forgotten all about this until last night when I was trying to
    work out how much current all my heated toys will draw so I decided to
    email them asking if it was a problem they'd come across before and if
    they'd got any suggestions regarding beefing things up to avoid a
    repeat.

    Much to my surprise I received an email from their MD this afternoon
    apologising for the problem and offering a replacement 'wiring
    harness' with upgraded connectors free of charge.

    That'd be good if I'd emailed them on a weekday but to send an email
    on a Saturday and get a response on the Sunday is exceptional.
