  1. Picked up a dent in my RD500 tank, is there an equivalent of dent devil
or someone that take dents out of cars, but for bikes?

  2. So you're asking if there's someone who takes dents out of bikes' fuel tanks
then? Don't be scared to say it as it is, we all know what a dent is so you
don't really have to compare it to a car dent for us to understand.

*Dent Devil*, what is that? A QVC gizzmo for £9.99? Yesss I can see the ad
now..."BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE... Buy the Dent Devil today and we'll throw
in a *Rust Angel* ABSOLUTELY FREE!!. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE... Buy today
    and" (blah,diddy blah, etc,etc).

  3. Thanks for your reply, in the car world, smallish dents can be "knocked
out" by a number of companies, just wondered if there was an equivalent
for bikes that someone may have used and could reccommend.

you could google dent devil and you'd get the idea. Not sure they've
taken many dents out of car fuel tanks.

And thanks for yours Peter - however, it is customary hereabouts to
place the reply *below* the text to which one is replying.

Yes, they're called panel beaters... Remove tank from bike, empty
tank, take to panel shop/coachworks, ask for a price...

I personnaly have done 2 fuel tanks and our place doesn't generally do
bikes... Other places will have more experience... Ask your nearest
    custom shop...

Just like that. If you could see your way clear to snipping
signatures, you're well on the way.
