Fellow Turkey's, I declare the era of loosening the noose of law around our
    necks didn't last until Chrismas

I don't read in that anything about culling twats who can't drive at any
speed, drive too slowly, drive uninsured/licenced or drive with uncorrected
    vision.

At least he didn't mention BRAKE. I still haven't had the occasion to read
obituaries for Mary Williams or Julie Townsend. Unfortunately.

Not all bad The fixed penalty for insufficient motorcycle tread depth will be
amended to £60 from £120 to bring it into line with the penalty for
    other non-commercial vehicles.

Or is it? A concession o pikey bikers roaring round on bald tyres -
    think of the children!

Regardless of the fact that some dullard will almost inevitably start
referencing Niemöller, I always wear a seatbelt (except in taxis, as
everyone knows they're exempt) and I always have legal plates.

    In short, what-fucking-ever.

    Yeah, and me.

Legal plates look a bit charmless but they catch a fair bit of road
crap and they give excellent cover for your Scottoiler Touring
    reservoir.

Not only that but if you add a race can, a titchy plate and a bit of
enthusiastic filtering together, it says "Nick Me" to the boys in blue
who might let you away with one or even two out of three. All three is
like the reels on a bandit lining up on three melons, see.
