    Hmmm Ideal 37 & 38 pcbs

Yes they often get water damage

bit of a crap boiler so I hear

If you are only going to be there a couple of years more, go for the
cheapest condensing boiler with a warranty which will cover you, else,
most fitters go for worcester bosch ATM

  2. Using the patented Mavis Beacon "Hunt&Peck" Technique, wessie
I used to do that. Until the local chap's wife answered the phone one
year and told me that he couldn't do our service because he'd just
landed a big contract with a new-build, and was too busy.

BG do it now. And come out the same day if we have a problem.

I got a letter a while back from the local chap saying that he'd noticed
that we hadn't had a service for a while. Hopefully, he's gone bust by
    now.

  3. Yeah, well we do live in a lot more temperate climate than you lot.
More the point that Melbourne's infrastructure was not able to cope
with, so everyone got caught out. Ttat said, we might start copping
more events like that if all predictions are correct.

the outfit I use had a contract with a housing association. One of the
partners always managed to fit me in though. They've ditched that contract,
got rid of the dodgy employees that were difficult to manage. Now operating
as a small 2 man band again as the local W-Bosch agent. Private, domestic
work only and they are earning more and have less stress than any time in
the last decade. They love the housing slump as people are staying put &
    their boilers pack up eventually.

Can't have inhibitor in ours, it's filled automagically from the HW
    circuit so they can mix.

Sounds dubious and against water regs

Isn't there supposed to be some kind of one-way valve to stop back flow
    into the usable water supply?
