Domenec's local bar is the best ever

  1. The Paddock, 92 Parallel, Barcelona. Just the greatest biker bar ever.

Best of all, the beer pumps are attached to (what looks like) a Yamaha
R1 engine mounted on the bar. Pic to follow.

For the rest of the bar, imagine piling the contents of my garage, plus
that of Champ and that of Bonwick, detonating a small explosive charge
under the head, and then affixing the debris to walls, ceiling and
    floor.

    Best. Biker. Bar. Ever.

Wait a little and crash space will be available.

I think we'll be going to the Costa Brava again next summer, might just pop
down for a swift half in that case then.

Was that a suggestion for the ng in general? Because personally, I'd be
approaching from a slightly different direction to you, unless you've
    recently moved.

Underscores aren't valid in RFC-compliant DNS hostnames. I've never seen
anyone daft enough to try and use one before.

If it's not too late, he might want to change that to a hyphen so it
works properly. And have a word with fastmail for letting him choose a
broken one in the first place.

It's an invalid hostname thanks to the underscore where you should have
used a hyphen. Windows users will probably be OK, because the Windows
DNS implementation isn't entirely RFC-compliant, but users of other OSes
    may have issues.

Didn't know that. Comes up fine in Xananews though.

  17. Works fin on my Mac, and I use that domain and the neil_murray prefix
for all my eBay pic hosting, and never had a problem.

    I didn't know....
It works fine for eBay and I've never known anyone have a problem with
    it until now.

And now we can enjoy it because some wise guys stopped the owner of donor
bike to run said bike into a bonfire after losing a race (and being slightly
    pissed, TBF).

It's still an invalid character for DNS though. Just that some systems
    are happy to accept it.
