    Hi,

36mph in a 30 limit in Hampshire. Must have been distracted.
The wife had to fill in a form saying I was the driver.
Are they likely to offer a Driver Awareness Course instead of points?

I don't know if the guidelines are national or local but in Northants
    it was 35mph or under.

You should have put her name on the form.

38 in a 30 limit= speed awareness course for me in Preston.
Not so for my brother with the same speed.

    Be lucky.

And now I've got one, so I keep my immaculate licence.
