....pulling out of a garage. Just had two new tyres fitted and I as I
was pulling out I reckon I turned too sharply. Tried to stop the bike
going over but it still went.

Cost to bike: cracked fairing, broken indicator and slightly bent gear
selector. Cost to me, pride, one aching calf muscle and £25 to get
fairing welded. Amusement to onlookers [1], priceless.

[1]The fitter, another customer and 3 members of the firm's race team.
To be fair they did wait about a minute to make sure I was ok before
    taking the piss.

Nor me neither! I only dropped my bloody GPz900r doing a U-turn in the Close
right outside my house. Nice few digs in the paint on the fairing and 2 new
indicators. Arse. It's been 20 years since I had an 'off' at walking pace.
Mine you, rather that than at higher speed.

Hmm, is the Divvy going to become the 2006 Bandit [1]

    Clumsy fecker.

    Bet it's still shiny though.

Did it have a lay down on the same side or the other side, as before?

The same side. It appears to have a penchant for the left.

    In
    PR I hope?

I'll be speaking to Chunky, John, Planet and Adam tomorrow, so I'll be
    passing some grief via Ringo.

    Sheesh.

Hope the bike looks better than Ringos Hornet!

    The one and only.
I could torch my bike and it would still look better than his Hornet.
