Drunk drivers should pay

    When them ill-responsible drink-driving thugs coarse damage to road fencing
    and knock-down lampposts, the cost of replacing them things should be added
    to the fine. They car should be confiscated until they pay-up plus the
    holding cost of their car. If they fail to pay the car should be sold or
    scraped, bailiffs should take away their goods to recover the cost.

    Also the hospilal cost should be added to the fine.
