  2. I can only agree. It's made of lots of bits which are lovely on their
own but which don't gel as a whole.

The USD forks just look wrong, and the massive gap between rear wheel
    and seat doesn't work either.

    FFS, Ducati, get it right.

Draw a line under the tank, throw everything underneath it away and it
    starts to look OK.
Even Jean didn't like it ... in fact it was she who likened it to an MZ
    :)

    You sick puppy.

I like the new tag, BTW. Cool, if a touch derivative... ;^)

Those side-panels have a few questions to answer, too.

I like it. It's reminiscent of my old 1970 Ducati 160 Monza Junior.

It needs lower, narrower bars and proper rearsets. Then it would be fab.

  14. I was greeted to a live version of the website in the pool last night.
I always did like the mother and daughter routines.

I would like to take this opportunity to say that I am (as always)

    Would you stop that?

How the hell am I supposed to persuade Aileen that I need an MZ[1]?

I know forgiveness is easier than permission but it does tend to be more
    expensive :-(

So how much is a Trophy anyway? I might get away with letting her think
"Triumph" if I just say I'm buying a trophy. She'll notice pretty
quickly but once I've got it...

    Bob

[1] Hope I didn't sell the Haynes in a fit of "I'll never buy on of
    them.."
