That depends very much if they have a clue or think that bikes have to
    run stinking rich...

I'd get at least some static readings first before messing with the
    mixture.

No, it's a stainless system that looks rather like what it would have
    standard.

    Only not rotten.

Oh, and I suspect it's slightly louder than standard but not that much
    louder really.

There's a receipt for it in amongst the paperwork I've got for the
bike - it cost something like £670 in 2001 IIRC.
    That's... insane.
Hmmm... well this seems to run pretty sweetly by comparison.

A bit gruff when you first start it - seems to miss a bit when cold if
you blip the throttle regardless of whether the choke is on or off,
but the minute you move off it runs smoothly.

IIRC, you mentioned your B12 had been fecked around with in the cams
department prior to you getting your hands on it?

I'm quite happy with the way this thing runs and rides overall (1),
bar I'm going to rebuild the front forks over the winter as they're
patently in need of some firmer springage.

The dynojet idea was just on of opportunity due to me happening upon
said kit on eBay, but it's sounding like I might be better off putting
the money towards some fork springs.

    (1) No, really - even I'm amazed at how much I seem to like this bike
more and more, the more I ride it. :)

That thing of mine has the 2nd stage plus a gas flow. Most entertaining.
    Great engines.

I'll be the first to admit I don't have the ability to use 100% of
what my stock bike can do, so spending money on tuning would be silly.
