Ebay, non delivery from suppliers

Actually, I always replace stuff without question - but it would appear
some **** at the PO has been telling me porkies. It would also seem the
cunts owe me a rather large amount of money...

I have a sneaky suspicion that the above two facts may be related...

 

I got legal aid for my case last year (it started two years ago
actually), and currently the authorities round here are giving legal aid
as there is concern about the camera accuracy. Certainly worth asking.

A bit worrying about the signature or lack of on the special delivery.
I had a bit of a discussion ~ 3 years ago after a phone from Carphone
Whorehouse went missing. They'd agreed the courier would turn up at
reception who'd phone me to collect and sign for the package.

When I called them after a no show I was told they delivered it to our
goods-in at a different premises 2 miles away and it was my
responsibility. They couldn't read the signature[1] or find any
details about the signee and the guys at goods-in who I knew claimed
never to have seen the courier. I eventually had a replacement
delivered correctly.

[1] Personally I think the driver was on a scam
