So Monstermob has signed Sean Emmett[1]. This looks like a good deal for
Paul Bird as Sean is capable of winning and he'll be cheap. Presumably
Monstermob's reputation should mean that they'll have no problem getting
the top spec Ducati, probably last year's factory bikes.

But where does this leave Haga? There really aren't many seats left for
him anywhere. In BSB, the only competitive seat left now is Yamaha
depending on Gary Mason's contract. As for the rest of the world,
there's Kawasaki MotoGP and that's it, I can't think of anywhere else.
Haga used to be a very good rider and I don't believe he's actually lost
anything. It would be a real shame if all he can get is a minor private
team in WSB[2]. Perhaps Ten Kate would give him a ride?

[1] Was there ever a resolution of Emmett's fight with Renegade and the
    saga of the hostage 998.
[2] I know, I know, they're all minor private teams in WSB.
