Sheesh.. it is springtime in Texas, alright.. The day started all bright and
shiny.. Uncovered the Green One and did a quick washdown and wipe.. Cleaned
the rear wheel, chain and drive sprocket.. Got the chain lubed and took it
around the block.. Smooth as a spanked baby's bottom.. Dangit.. just can't
stand all this .. I gotta do me a little run today..

Took me a quick run through the shower, raked off the whiskers .. Hey.. I'm
ready to do it.. right ? WRONG.!! By the time I got the Green One backed out
of the patio.. WHAMMO... the bottom fell out and here it comes, again..
This time.. the sky was beautiful, just a very few little cottony clouds and
bright as a new penny.. Dammit..

So far.. it has been booming, busting and getting darker .. Enough
Already... I can hear that grass growing and I wouldn't be surprised to find
a car body or two nestled in the yard..

It is a holiday and the mexican is enjoying her extra day off.. She always
looks forward to the long weekends.. That's when she does her flower bed
thingy and keeps me hopping back and forth with her little honey do's..
(that is .. if I am silly enough to hang around) hmmm.. She really don't
like for me to mess with her plants and stuff.. Seems like I have a habit of
getting motor oil, spray paint or some other distasteful (to her plants)
chemical, all over the place.. She would rather I stay the hell away from
    those flowers and plants..

Anyway.. here we are.. all penned down with this wild weather.. She's all
antsy about not being able to get out.. I'm all depressed because of our
Texas Spring weather and nothing seems to be according to any plan for
tranquility.. Damn.. if I could just arrange a trip to the mall, she'd be
easier to live with.. No one wants to go with her, and I'd rather work in
the yard than go shopping.. Phew.. life do get teejous, don't it ?
    Regards..

    Not us, Bill.
We rode north to the ozarks. Saturday.
Got on hwy 23 at Waldron,Ar. Rode the SoCalled Pig Trail, about 100
    miles directly into Eureka Springs.
We were either lucky enough to be late or early, in missing out on
having to put on the Rain Gear, during our 300 miles up there! All 3
    days were Cool'ish.
BUT, there's always a But, eh!
On the way back though, about 10 miles North of DeQueen, Ar, we were
bomb-barded with the scattered shower thang. So,Honey & I, put on the
gear in DeQueen, and it ain't rained nomore, on in to Home.
Sorry, that you couldnt do no Ridin'.
