The date's bang on for me because it's the middle weekend of my 2 weeks jury service so no hassle getting home from work then back up to Derbyshire. I should be able to leave home by about 6pm on the Friday and eat in the pub at a sensible time for once.

I need to pay a visit to a decent sized supermarket to get a new grill, V will probably want something to eat and it should be 2-3 hours from Calais to your gaff. What time does the beer shop shut? Might work better if I have a deadline.

I wasn't aware of the date, until you announced it, the other week and I thought "bloody short notice". I usually know about 3 months beforehand.
FR Jack - Could you think back through the last 9-10 years of EOSMs and the last 7-8 years of BOSMs and please tell me roughly what time of what month they fall? I'll give you a fucking great big clue: BOSM - early to mid April EOSM - early to mid September. With that in mind you should really be able to plan for the BOSM or EOSM a whole fucking year or two ahead and just ask about the exact date if unsure.
