Can't really tell but have you forgotten to put a handle on the door
meaning you have to open it by the key,either that or the door may not
open easily as the door at the top looks like it will impinge on that
piece of wood.

 

It's the corrugated plastic isn't it? You've pu it in the wrong way
round so that it delivers the rain into the shed instead of onto the
ground outside.
