I've just conducted an experiment with my new blind bastard glasses. At
120mph the lenses push back and almost scrape my eyeballs. So that was a
    waste of £160 then.

It does at the minute, probably because i'm used to 250's.

Ah, well, that's a standard reaction. Don't worry, you'll get used to
    it.

Indeed no, speed is the boring bit between the corners. The twisties are a
pretty good leveller, a few years back a good Aprilia RS250 rider would give
an average GSXR1100 rider a bloody good run for his money. I had an RGV250
before going off the road for 5 years and back then you could hang on to the
back of an FZR600. When I got back on the road three years back I bought
another RGV250 and got a shock, I came up against a gixer600 and was left
for dead. Things had moved forward in five years and I suddenly understood
why I was the only prat on the road with a 250.

My hearts not in it either. I'm mildly hung over today, after going
out on a works do when I once again completely failed to cop off with
    anyone. Ho hum.

I'm at that difficult phase of "not having sex" - had it recently
enough to miss, and not long enough to get used to not having ti,
iyswim. Anyway, it's ages since I've caused any scandal at work.
    heh. Nice mental image :)

  9. You want to work in a call centre, you do. Steady turn over of staff,
    often femal, brains not required.

That way if you shag them, you know they'll only be around for a few
weeks so it doesn't get too embarrassing...

I dunno about this, the only thing stopping a 250 is the piss poor 60bhp,
the chassis and stoppers would still be upto the job i'd have thought. They
tankslap like **** though if you're unfortunate enough to get into the shit.

When I first had it I was changing at about 10 thou thinking, "**** me, this
    goes well"
The bike must've been thinking, "get me into the powerband, you twat".

Reckon? Things like that just scream at me, you know. If you're
going to point your vocabulary at the world, ffs aim it correctly.
You should know better - on both levels ;-)
