    Is it just me that's got a stupid narrow picture with black bars down
    each side? None of the TV's picture modes will stretch it out to full
    screen.

    Thats because it's a 4:3 image sent out with a widescreen image, terrible

    It's worse than that - it's a 4:3 image inside a 16:9 widescreen image
    then that 16:9 is shrunk down to 4:3 again. It's like a postage stamp.

    The later coverage on both Eurosport[1] and Eurosport2[1] were both fine.

    [1] About time Virginmedia got sorted and started carrying some bloody HD
    content.
