More like: Look. we have this service to cover people who live and drive
in the USA and, therefore we have an online system where people, who
live in the USA can sign up and pay and so on. Because YTC does not live
in America, the automated service can't cope with the exception but, if
he would care to call up and speak to a real live person, we can a. work
out WTF he's actually asking and b. fiddle the system so that he can
actually sign up despite not living in the USA.

It seems, however, that he would rather cut off his nose to spite his
face, because of his inability to present a coherent question.

    Mark Olson wibbled forthrightly:
That clears that one up then. Ta. So what's a bike called when you use
    it to go to work?

    It's deeper than that actually.

YTC knows that most Septics are only removed from their European
ancestry by two of three generations.

Thus, most of them will hear a Scouse accent and relate to a folk-memory
that says "I'm being robbed here. I'm not sure how, but I am."

It's therefore entirely sensible to only want to deal by email.

Time difference makes it much easier to deal with email or online.

Well, as I was asking to use their RV Roadhelp service they had some
clues. Especially as I had used their online form to do the query as they
had my membership number, they also had access to the details of how we
arranged it last time. (I would have thought)
