Evidence?

Failed businessman and fraudster, John Bunt, previously based in Exeter,
felt that printouts from Google Groups archives, was all the evidence
required to net him a 5 figure payout from ISP's, after he had been taunted
on various usenet groups.

Bunt offered the court nothing whatsoever to support his various claims,
pertaining to the seemingly earth shatterig effects the usenet taunts had
upon both his business and personal life. He was quite unable to provide
medical evidence, as his claims of impotence were simply untrue, as was any
suggestion that he was not in fact a barking mad loony, out to make a quick
buck.

How long ago did this start and when did the judge throw it out "Ken"?
Has the stress of being taunted made you impotent and now you have gone
all "bunt"? I know you aren't suggesting it. But did it happen and you
are too embarresed to admit it?

 

I am certainly not forgetting it...............bunt owes me money, and
continues to threaten further legal actions.

Actually the claim of being made impotent after being taunted on here, was
made by bunt in his original SOC, and has nothing whatsoever to do with me.

The thing that is of concern here, is that bunts stupidity was unashamedly
exploited by the court system, to establish a legal precedent in favour of
the ISP's..................

Indeed.

 

Usually when one hears only one side of an argument, it is very persuasive
that the speaker is right and the unheard party is wrong.
What is unusual here is that you make a very convincing case that you are
wrong/ have lost and that Bunt is right/has won. The more you repeat
yourself, the more you raise his standing without him saying a single word.
He must be very grateful to you.

 

I doubt it, although you may get replies because you are so rude and
provocative. There's a difference between that and being thought-provoking.
