It also begs the question - should he be held respnsible for an
accident that happens a quarter of a mile away , he may have been
ridding like a numbty but he was not actually involved in the collision

has pleaded guilty....

In all honesty, some of the legal 'talent' I've had dealings with over
the years should have stuck to their bartending jobs they were doing
over the summer. Some, otoh, have been utterly superb.

Much like every other 18 year old that's ever been.

 

It's just that most of us never got it quite so wrong but that was more
through luck than judgement.
