Is there some sort of terminal that can be mounted on a motorcycle frame to
allow for easier jumper connection/trickle charging?

Right now I have a wire connect to the + on the battery and dangling under
the seat. But it doesn't look nice and I have to tape it to prevent it from
shorting to the ground by accident. I'm looking for a more elegant way to do
    this.

For charging (low current) run a 2 wire trailer plug to a convenient spot
on the bike since that's the setup on Battery Tender's ans several other
chargers, or get a BMW style plug with a bracket. For jump starting (high
current) bite the bullet and open up the bike, and try to avoid running
down the battery in the first place.
