Oh, it's less powerful and heavier than modern bikes, sure, but it's
the *way* it delivers the power it has. An old RD350 is still a sports
bike, never mind that it's slow and wobbly by today's standards.

Actually, the best, very best, thing about it is the hissssss from the
Turbo when it's on the boost.

as Ive just said by email, I think they're ok (not rusty or anything).
Andy's view is they could be better. you'll get a more techy
explanation if you talk to him.
    it is.

you realise that its you and Nige currently bidding?

if anyone wants to make me an offer I'll withdraw it from auction.
anyone wanting to view it will have to be either Friday or Sunday.

cos thats what the log book says and Ebay takes the info from the DVLA
database (for you to change). made me find the log book to check the
    number of previous owners.

ah but we know I'm not a proper woman [1]. I just pick the best bits
    of each sex.

[1] expects the worst from the usual suspects. I did type real woman
but i'm not sure that proper makes it any better.

"Out you popped, out of your mummie's tumkin and everybody shouting,
    'It's a boy, it's a boy!' And somebody said, 'But it hasn't got a
winkle!' And then I said, 'A boy without a winkle? God be praised, it's
a miracle. A boy without a winkle!' And then Sir Thomas More pointed out
that a boy without a winkle is a girl, and everyone was really
    disappointed."

My Trident's factory colour is "cherry black", is "black" on the reg
document but looks fairly red when the sun's at a certain angle. So I
think I know where people are coming from here ;-)

Like has been previously mentioned they're like a lardy (but quick)
tourer. especially compared to the R1, 9R and FZ1N.

if I had to pick one in the garage to go pillion on this would be it.
The 2nd would be the Tenere but I'd need a box to get on and off it.

    <sigh>

How good would this bike be to carry someone on the back in relative

as the exhausts are fairly low panniers would be fine. I have a rack
for it to if you wanted it.
