Ricardo Patrese takes his missus for a spin round Jerez in a Civic Type
    R.

I'm not sure she enjoyed it.

Neither do Greeks, Spanish, Barbadians, Iranians or Chinese to name but

Gorgeous, and if she is as flighty and expressive in bed he must be a
    happy man ;o)

Superb. Showed that to our Italienne reporter (who strongly resembles
Signorina Patrese) and she just cracked up. Lots of high-octane
    Italian swearig there, apparently.

ITYM Signora Patrese, they are married.

I was brought up around a lot of Italians in Bedford, in fact my best
mate through school was a half-wop. The bit that cracked me up was the
left hand in the crook of her right elbow bit.

What a cracking sport that lady is. The way she reacted when she spotted
    the camera was wonderful.

I love the way Riccardo stays totally laid-back throughout as well.

I thought you were learning Italian, didn't they back it up with
lessons in hand gestures as well? They won't understand a word you're
saying unless you flail about like a gibbon on acid.

It means, as Ace said, 'go **** yourself' or '**** you' type of thing.

Being a Mediterranean lady, my mum is very... umm...'expressive' with
her hand movements while speaking, we used to joke that the only way to
shut her up was to tie her hands behind her back.

  17. Much like the old British gesture of bending your arm at someone
with your hand on your bicep or in the crook of your arm..

Wasn't there a story that Patrese would never talk on the radio to the
    pits?

Then they twigged, and moved the "press to talk" button so that he could
still wave a hand about and transmit...
