You say that as though it was the fault of the insulin that made them
overweight and to a certain degree, that's correct, but first of all, let's
stop calling these cunts "Grossly overweight" and call them what they are.
    Greedy, can't-keep-their-gob-shut-overeating, fat cunts.

The more you eat, the more insulin you need to counteract rises in blood
glucose. This has nothing to do with insulin, it's to do with shovelling
shit loads of nosh down your neck. There were NO fat cunts ever walked out
    of Belsen.

Overweight people need more insulin than a non overweight person. The
pancreas doesn't (and can't) provide an endless supply of insulin, so they
need a secondary supply. This wouldn't be needed if they weren't already fat
    fuckers.

Eat less and you don't need a shit load of insulin.

Reduce the amount of excess weight and you reduce the need for another shit
    load of insulin.

Now insulin has two bad side effects if used in excess (and a T2 is
generally speaking producing FAR more than a non diabetic, so they're
already on a slippery slope). One being that it fucks up your heart, so the
less you have, the better. The 2nd is that it reduces the ability of the
body to burn fat, so once you start using insulin, weight loss becomes more
    problematic.

The gastric band stops the main problem, that of forever feeding your face.
Lose the appetite, lose the need for excessive insulin. Remove the excessive
weight and you remove another need for excessive insulin. Eventually, you're
insulin requirements "can" (not always) reach the point where your needs
aren't excessive and you no longer need to inject insulin.

Eating foods high in glucose/sugar isn't the best way to go about things
though and neither is falling for all the bullshit on your posted URL The 2
fat cunts you know who now no longer inject insulin, didn't use that website
to achieve their goals. They used surgery, so my initial "More bullshit"
    stands.
