    I don't think so.

I thought some non-clique sort had a woodland alliance incident on his
    Ducati, but I can't recall.

I'm the other non-clique one, from early March, when I laid mine down on
a right hander at about 25 mph. There was some discussion then wether or
not I was the first but it was never settled.

  4. Who has the trophy atm, is it still you? In the absence of Gower as
KotL who gets to call it?

That's the one I was thinking of, because he was injured and the bike
was bent - I thought he should get it but there was the usual 'is it a
bin if the bike isn't written off' and 'does the rider have to receive
medical attention' discussion. I'm fairly sure his was and he had a
    hospital visit.
Wasn't the decision there that it was only a scruff and a scratch and
so didn't count as a bin?

Why don't you just come out with it and say you want it?

Of course we then come down to the question of whether you or Mike get
it but that's for later. I'd be leaning towards giving it to the
innocent party but he's already suffered enough.

  6. 1. See above, I think whoever that was (Why am I thinking Rusty?)
should have had it and I said so at the time.

    2. Because I'd far rather have a fully working shoulder, not be in
pain, be able to sleep at night, have my bike, have had my holiday,
not fucked up M's holiday, not written off M's bike and so on and so
    forth.

Which was written off first, the Kwak or the 'onda?
