Little more than a week to go before it goes live.

My money's on Bonwick, on the outfit.

Nah, that extra wheel gives him an advantage.

I reckon Nige on his latest toy, whatever that happens to be.

Excuse me? This is Bonwick, on a home-made outfit, who managed to
demolish his fence on its shakedown run.

    You bastard.

It'll be ok once I fitted a new rear shock but I'm actually enjoying
the fact that it handles so badly. It reminds me of my old XS2 when
that started to go all rubbery at speed and I never quite knew what
    was coming next.

I think you've missed it here. It'll be the KTM and not the chair. All
the bling that's been added will make it handle like a rubber cow.

If I was riding it then you'd probably be right because I can't resist
trying to make it slide even though I was absolutely crap when we did
the short track day and the only backing in I do is when I sit down
    for a shit.

I'll ignore your comments about bling until I see you next.

Forgot to say that I checked in the loft and the box that I thought had
    the shock in doesn't. Sorry.

It does have some Progressive fork springs for the K, but I suspect
they'd be a bit tricky to attach to your leading links

    Thanks for looking.
It might not have them on forever...

    How much?

I just want to get them out of the loft. Shall I give them to Adie when
I see her in a couple of weeks?

Isn't there some rule about a grand's worth of damage to the machine?

    That'd be cool.

Are you back in London on the week starting 5th January because I
might try to pin Kiran down on a day to have a couple of drinks after
work and you could turn up for a couple rather than be a sad lonely
    bastard every evening.

It's already got more than that in cosmetic damage.
