    Re my speeding inna Volvo thang, I sent off the paperwork on Monday
    confirming the speed awareness course option. This morning I receive a
    letter posted yesterday with more paperwork to return with payment. The
    deadline for return is today, and failure to return the paperwork today
    means I forfeit the course and go straight to points / fine without
    passing go.

    There should be a helpline number in the docco - give them a call and
    explain. They should be able to do something to avoid a nasty note to their
    boss.

    Phoned this morning, they don't work on Saturdays. Left a message on
    the answerphone. Maybe points would be less hassle
