Finally back on two wheels!

    Well, I *do* still have the Postie, but it really doesn't do long
    distances like the sadly missed GS1100G.

    So, we looked at lots of stuff, got thoroughly confused and then settled
    on choosing between two Triumphs (Thruxton and Sprint ST) or a DL1000...
    and yes I *do* know that they're all about as different from each other as
    possible - they just all struck a chord with both of us for a range of
    reasons. Thanks everyone for the feedback in the Bonneville thread by the
    way.

    Then financial reality prevailed :(

    Oh well, so it's a 2nd hand Aprilia Pegaso for the next however long.
