URGENT! Replies sought ASAP.

Motorcyclist seeks another bike enthusiast to share a house in
Leichhardt. Two bedroom house on Foster St, 5 minutes walk from
Leichhardt Market Town, 5 minutes from bus stop. 10 minutes to Iron
Cove Bay and 10 minutes to Norton St. There is a large lock up garage
in the quite sizable back yard, accessible from the street. The
available room is of decent size but does not have any built-ins.
Foxtel and broadband Internet are currently installed.

About me: I am a 25 year old IT professional (software engineer),
motorcyclist (Kawasaki ZX-6R) and road racer (Aprilia RS250).

About you: Male or female. You will have your head screwed on, be
cooperative paying bills and helping to keep the house tidy and clean.
No smoking in the house. No wheelies, stoppies or burnouts in the
driveway.

Applicants will be interviewed over coffee at Bar Italia. Move in date
would be between 15th and 19th of December. I need confirmation that
someone can move in very soon. If nobody wants it, I can't afford full
rent and have to make other arrangements, hence the urgency to find
someone.

Lets see...$200 a week to live in a 2 room dog kennel with a cappacino
sipping computer nerd who wont allow smoking or weelies? I think Id rather

Yeah, ok, sounds like my kind of place. Hope he doesn't mind my nasty
friends [they're only violent on Saturday nights] and skanky girlfriends
[He can have a bj too, safe enough sex, eh] and the cops visiting once
or twice a week. BO a problem? Doctor says there's no cure, I just can't
help sweating and stinking; apparently it's the feet, mainly. Plus
Metallica at 120db most of the time, excellent. When can I move in?

 

Nah, it's Sydney. You'd never get a cold bath for $200, even
with the razor blades. Tepid, welll .... I'll see what we can do.
