Dunno if this is a ginge, but the van driver's comment made me chuckle:

"Get outta here, they're gonna beat our asses."

They're more likely to all be accountants and lawyers.

  2. The van didn't force her off the road did it? Was it just bimbling
    along in its own carriageway?

    Biker totally to blame.

If he had not locked the rear wheel he could of made the bend.
    (Easier said than done)

    Would ABS of prevented?

For crashing, yes - but the car driver was responsible. People who
drive at what looks like <10mph on an obviously excellent biking road
where it's very hard to overtake should be banned for life. Selfish
    cunts.

Are you saying the bike that went over did not lock the rear wheel?

I don't think there was any question of that - he did it all on his
    own.
"have" made the bend. WTF he made the overtake, had the bike going in
the right direction - and then shot off to the left with a locked
    brake I can't see. Incompetence, I'd assume.
    "have" prevented, ffs.

An alternative answer: People who ride and crash Harleys at what looks
like <10mph on an obviously excellent biking road where it's very hard
to do anything but have an absolute hoot on even mediocre machinery
should be banned for life. Selfish, incompetent cunts.

I wonder how far down the slope he rolled? or perhaps the bike got
caught up in a disneyesque tree manner.

Years ago an occasional riding chum did something similar on a K1
heading for Fort William. The bike did actually lodge in the fork
between two large branches. It wasn't well afterwards but it fared
better than the rider who was deeply injured by my laughter.

    You observation skills are lacking.
There is no doubt the first bike locked rear wheel.

When the part in question is repeatedly replayed, it sounds like the female
    is having an orgasm.

Laughter is the best medicine, I thought.

Looked like he could have gone down the slope before the Harley. Wouldn't
want one of those following me down a hill.

Do they have the same rules about witnesses to an accident in the States or
could they have said "imtimidated by the fat cunts on the fat bikes".
