    I use Azureus and http://www.isohunt.com and http://www.mininova.org

Isohunt searches all the main sites, which is handy.

I only got in to the wonderful world of bittorrent two days ago.
I am experimenting with Transmission and PupCtorrent (which can emulate
Ctorrent or Azureus). Both run on Puppy Linux[1] installed on an old
Dell PII 400 box. This is connected to a 500 Gb USB disk. I can also
mount a folder from my main box using Samba and download straight to
    that.

This was all prompted by managing to get a UKNova subscription.
Looking forward to watching some Jonathan Meades Abroad in Britain later
    and "A Very Peculiar Practice".

[1] Sits on a partition and boots by a floppy, so XP is still avaialbale
if required. I can also boot Puppy Linux on the 'best' box from a 4GB
USB pen drive (the first one was indeed faulty and has been replaced)
which still has room for a reasonable number of clips. That way I have a
portable video system that I can be sure will work on most systems
without worrying about codecs. Boots fine on most boxes with a recent
    bios.

One asks politely. I believe, in the general direction of Statto, the
sterling soul that runs it. Mainly bike stuff, and as yet, not so well
seeded, but seems to potter along ok.

I asked for an account on the interwebby site and have waited patiently.
Must email a nice request as well.

I got lucky with UKNova in the middle of morning on Friday. This doesn't
match what Bear was suggesting. I assume I just happened to coincide
    with some accounts being closed.

I've John Betjeman's "Metroland" waiting in the wings. It's my mission
to have the slightly odd but comfortingly English there as well.

I've got the 1959 "Enginemen" but I seem to have lent it to someone, so I
don't really have it at the moment.

Do it, Brother Sweller. That's a brilliant programme, and since the mrs
seems to want to move to Pinner, it's a more than timely appearance.

  16. For the technically inept, using a PC - uTorrent is hard to beat.
    Doesn't even need installing.

I use Azureous and Torrent Leech.

If I can remember titles, I can find them on Torrent Leech everytime, but
I'm as useful as a chocolate fireguard when it come to remembering stuff.
