FOAK: Network Connections & Teh Interweb

    I seem to have lost the ability to connect to the net on the kids PC.
    The main PC is fine as is my wireless laptop connection but the one in
    the Den, despite showing all the signs of a healthy network connection
    refuses to allow a browser to see the web.

    Help me!

    Yep, that works.
    Ah, turning XP firewall off seems to do it but surely I don't want to
    leave it turned off?

    heh, cheers. I'm have a dumber than yeast morning.

    Funny how this wasn't a problem yesterday.
