....my mate Phil has an offer of a 'brand new' Skyteam moto crosser
ST125 (MT or SM) supermoto for c.£1500 built or £1250 inna box
needing some putting together.

WhotTF are Skyteam and are they any good?

Given that they are yet another unknown Chinese brand I would, at this
point, be rather wary. Esp given the tale of woe printd in this month's
Classic Motorcycle Mechanics about a lad who bought a chinese CG copy.
Cheap bike, but expensive to get right/registered...
