Does anyone know the law regarding using blue reflective tape on a
motorcycle. Someone at the DSA told me it's illegal while someone else there
    told me it's OK?

    Now I'm really confused.

Surely it's only a problem if it's application makes the bike look
    like a janitor's wheels.
There's a car in our street with the number plate M155 DAS. Always
    makes me think of you.

You can't have blue lights, well not very very blue....... although lots of
cunts have blue LED's these days, which gets on my tits

You're not kidding, examiners tell you one thing then their bosses
    contradicts it.
During my assessment the DSA assessor took the part of the student on the
road ride. I kept picking him up for putting his foot on the kerb while
parking. During my debriefing he told me that I was "nit-picking" and went
on to tell me that he wouldn't even mark it if the student did it on test. I
told him that I thought putting a foot on the kerb meant the wheels were too
close to the gutter and there was a lot of debris in the gutter that could
cause a puncture. I also told him it would be almost impossible to use the
centre stand. He thought for a while and said "good point, I'll bring it up
    at our next meeting."

As long as the bike doesn't have sirens/blue lights, I think that there
is **** all that they could do about it.

Surely you can make your bike any colour
you like - except for the number plate, lights
and I suppose screen. Oh and the tax disc.

I think that even pink is allowed.
