    Sorry Beav, I thought you were being ironic.
    I do agree with you. "speaker cables can be crap and still pass along a
    great sound."
    As long as you follow the 5% rule, even the crappiest speaker cable
    such as http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=46 will give great
    sound.
    This would of course mean up to 1.5m for my Tannoys, or 0.6m for the
    Quads. :)
