FOAK: V5

The publican I bought the Blackbird from has turned the pub upside
down but can't find the V5. How do I/he go about getting a new one?

You/he goes down to a Post Office that still has the DVLA forms and gets
the necessary form V62, fills it in and sends it off to Swansea,
accompanied by a suitably large cheque (25 squids).

Shouldn't be a problem if he's applying for a duplicate and the bike's
already in his name.

 

Forgot to mention, it should be faster if he does it - if you do it,
they'll write to him for confirmation and all that bollocks and the
whole process takes at least 6 DVLA-weeks.
