I've heard a song a couple of times, probably on Radio 1 or 6, and I think
it's fairly new. All I can remember of it is that it's got a woman singing
in a quite warbly way and a bloke with a foreign accent occasionally
    speaking. Any ideas?

Try their websites for playlists, should be on there, if you remember when
    you were listening.

BTDT but I can't remember when I've heard it, so it's a little needle in a
haystack. I suspect I'll hear it again and hopefully I'll remember on what
    station and when...

    The odd word might help.

Indeed. The warblyness and the foreignness mean I can remember none of the
    words...

    Is the song in English?

Because the only thing I can think of that fits your description is
    this:

How about the duet Tiny Tim sang with himself of "I Got You Babe"?
