Rumour is Foggy will be running MVs in WSB next year, with backing from
    Petronas & Proton.

I understand the Petronas/Proton link and see it would get them off the hook
from keep putting out a not very competitive triple. And I know they're
interwoven with MV. But I wouldn't have thought Foggy would be MV's choice
of a team manger. He is (or at least was) a pretty talented rider. But the
riders who've left Foggy Petronas didn't seem overly impressed with his
    managerial style.

I personally don't think his track record with FP is that good. His ex
    riders are proving that.

In all fairness to the irritating git, was the problem the bike or the
manager though ? It obviously wasn't the rider given how Corser is doing
    now.

He's the boss, I bet you he put the blame on the riders last season.

Yeah fair point, the buck stops with the guy running the show. To be
honest, given his personality (ie abrasive) he's probably a crap team
manager, but I don't think the bikes are quite up to scratch either
(although I must admit to wondering why they didn't take them up to
999cc when the rules changed they seem to lack HP)
