Hey all. I've been slowly working on a website forum for
North Texas motorcycle riders - http://forums.ntriders.com/

You don't have to live in the DFW Metroplex, or even North
Texas to come check it out, but I think I would like to keep
the discussion to being from and about riders in the N.
Texas area. I basically started the site because I have found
a few sites dedicated to all of Texas (www.twtex.com is a good
one), but wanted something a little more localized to where
I live so I'd have a better chance of building a tighter
community. (Yeah, so it's partly selfish!) :)

Please come visit and check it out.. It's very small right
now, with only 11 registered users, and 83 posts total, but I'm
hoping that changes soon! Feel free to offer suggestions, or
if you like, just lurk and read the posts. One thing I do ask,
though, is that we keep flame wars and the like to a minimum!
I know we all feel strongly about some things - we're Texans,
it's a given. However, I really would like this to be a
community where North Texas riders can meet, discuss rides,
    have meet-ups, etc. I don't care what you ride, I don't care
how long you've ridden (but if it's been a while, please come
share your wisdom!), I don't care about the color of your skin,
your gender, sexual bias, or anything.. Just that you ride and
    don't disrespect others.

Anyway, without further ado.. Come visit!

That's a great idea. I've been looking for something like that. I
    went ahead and joined up.

Low contrast boards are always harder to read. Some of the worst are
black text on dark blue (or red) backgrounds or bluue/black combos. This
    one is marginal.

I apologize for the theme. I thought it looked cool. ;-) Honestly, my
eyesight isn't the best, and I don't personally have any problems reading
the forums. I agree that the black or white on grey is pretty low contrast,
and I may look into changing the style a little.

Forgot to mention.. If you create an account and log in, you can change
your default "Style" to the susSilver style, which is the standard
phpBB style, and very high contrast. Once logged in, just go to Profile,
and change the "Board Style" (it's near the bottom) to subSilver.

"imo", that must be what happened to that email I sent you....or could
it be that you can't find it because you're still a liar.
