I would like paint my bike frame, (no compressor or air sprayer - must
use spray can) and was thinking this product might do the trick.(Epoxy
    RollBar/Chassis Paint)

    Has anyone used/tried it ? Results ?

Is there another product/type of paint I should also consider ?

Another possible candidate is POR-15 chassis coat (or whatever they call
it). I used it on a VW dune buggy chassis, and it seemed to give a nice
coating. I didn't get to test it's chip resistance, but the finish
didn't seem to be brittle. While my experience with POR-15 is somewhat
limited, their products in general seem to be quite high-quality, so
it's definitely worth a look. Oh yeah. It brushes on. HTH

I think a better solution will be powder coating than a spray can.
It isn't that expensive in europe so try to find a company wich could do
that for you and ask the price..

I'tt give you a better result, close all the fittings for bearings.

But yoy should take it apart for the coating to be applied.

    good luck.

If you can, try to piggy-back on another powder coat job. Sometimes you can
get a break on price if you wait and take yours in while they are working
someone else's job. Shops don't like to tie up equipment on small jobs and
often will not be bothered or will simply price themselves out of a job.
