Having recently discovered a pair of brand new rear brake pads for a bike I no longer own, I'm offering them free [1] to the first person to email me. Honda part number 06425-KT7-405 They were originally bought for my CBR400RR (NC29) however I'm lead to believe they will also fit the bikes listed below. CB250 Hornet CBR250RH MC17, MC19 + MC22 NSR250 MC18 + MC21 CB-1 NT400 Bros CB400SF CB 400 Four NC36 CBR400 NC23 Tri arm & NC29 Gull Arm VFR400 NC24 NX500 & NX650 Dominator NTV600 Revere XL600 & XL650 Transalp NT650 Bros NTV650 NT650 Deauville XRV650 Africa Twin [1] a donation towards postage and/or a pint might go down well though! -- Suze CBR600F Sport BOTAFOT#77 BOB#13 email (for humans): kingstonroyals at freeuk dot com ukrm's endurance race team: www.team-ukrm.com
Blimey that was quick! They'll be dispatched to the lucky owner on Monday. -- Suze CBR600F Sport BOTAFOT#77 BOB#13 email (for humans): suzel at blueyonder dot co dot uk ukrm's endurance race team: www.team-ukrm.com
Very sweet of you to say, but I'm only ickle so there's really only really so much I can drink ;-) Mind you I did get a bit annoyed with a work colleague recently who refused to buy me a pint because 'ladies don't drink pints'! -- Suze CBR600F Sport BOTAFOT#77 BOB#13 email (for humans): suzel at blueyonder dot co dot uk ukrm's endurance race team: www.team-ukrm.com
You have a point. But I was more taken by the fact that my colleague called me a 'lady' rather than the 'pixie that lives in the photocopier'! ;-) -- Suze CBR600F Sport BOTAFOT#77 BOB#13 email (for humans): suzel at blueyonder dot co dot uk ukrm's endurance race team: www.team-ukrm.com
Bear says... It's always been in me, but hidden deep away. I'll keep it, just in case. You never know when I might desperately need it.
Suze says... Cool, a cheap date then. Sexist pig. Now no-one here would do that. They'd all be clamouring to get you slaughtered.
Yep. And trust me, it's a compliment so far as he's concerned. -- Suze CBR600F Sport BOTAFOT#77 BOB#13 email (for humans): suzel at blueyonder dot co dot uk ukrm's endurance race team: www.team-ukrm.com
Yeah, I think that's what worries me. For some reason my work colleagues seem a lot safer to be drunk around! ;-) -- Suze CBR600F Sport BOTAFOT#77 BOB#13 email (for humans): suzel at blueyonder dot co dot uk ukrm's endurance race team: www.team-ukrm.com
if only.... -- Suze CBR600F Sport BOTAFOT#77 BOB#13 email (for humans): suzel at blueyonder dot co dot uk ukrm's endurance race team: www.team-ukrm.com
Bugger - a day too slow on that one. How're you getting on with that? Did you need to have bits lowered, or is it as standard?
I absolutely love it! Yes, definitely lowered - Shorter shock and front end lowered, plus a cut down seat. Even so, I can still only get one toe down. The side stand needed to be cut down too but it still stands a bit upright for my liking. I do have to take care where I stop, checking to make sure I don't try to put my foot down into a big hole or that the camber isn't too steep. But on the whole I'm coping alright. It's also just such an easy bike to ride. Definitely no regrets! -- Suze CBR600F Sport BOTAFOT#77 BOB#13 email (for humans): suzel at blueyonder dot co dot uk ukrm's endurance race team: www.team-ukrm.com
If you're asking about the CBR, see my reply above. I assume that's what you were meaning to post? ;-) -- Suze CBR600F Sport BOTAFOT#77 BOB#13 email (for humans): suzel at blueyonder dot co dot uk ukrm's endurance race team: www.team-ukrm.com
For reference, how much did that little lot cost? I don't think Sally's thinking of upgrading in the immediate future, but it'd be useful to know what her options are. Cool.
