And a big thank you to you both - just the job and is going to be very
    useful.

    Cheers!

    week.

Well done. As well as quoting precisely nothing, you've managed to
make a whole sentence out of complete and utter gibberish.

    You must be so proud.

I think Edmund is a good name.

I think I'll call ALL my children Edmund.

Listen, sonny, I've been on Usenet since before 1990 and the lesson of
all those years is that that is precisely what it's for.

I never did make anything of the '15 books' idea. Now, if they had
said 1,500 books I might have been able to contribute

    Joak alert.

Social worker visits house on the Earlesfield estate to discover that
the Mother has christened all the children, male and female, 'Wayne'

"I likes the name Wayne", she explains.

The social worker asks how it could possibly work. The mother calls
out to the garden: "Wayne - come in and wash yer hands". Eight
assorted children all troup in and noisly mass around the sink. The
mother calls out again "Wayne - come in 'ere and say hello to Mrs
Bumbly". The eight all line up to be polite to the visitor.

Once they have gone back to play, the social worker (still puzzled)
    asks
"What do you do if you only want one of them to come in?"
"Oh, that's easy." says their mother. "I uses their surname".

Did I mention the overheard conversation in the playground between a
    bunch of kids?

    "We've got a new dad."
    "Oh, who is he?"
    "<insert generic name here>"
"Oh, we had him once, he's crap. We've got <insert other name>, he's
    much better."

Considering that Dave was midwife to the birth of the Shed all those
years ago, I reckon it's well worthy of pride. FWIW I'm within an inch
of employing that screwy bloke (who is not presently at liberty).

that. I can probably work it out...
