And what, prey, is your point? It may be closer to 100%, but with any
drug ingestion, particularly oral, there's always a variation in the
PK/PD[1][2] profile between patients and a link to food intake, so it
will never actually be 100% certain.

Well, if we suppose that there's something about her metabolism that
makes it less than 100% effective for her, it's entirely plausible
that the same thing could happen twice.

Of course, in most cases your rationale turns out to be correct, and
it's lack of compliance that causes failures, but I'd be loath to

OTOH they also overestimate it a bit... Despite what some say this is a
task at which 99% of the people do a fairly good job (ie, they don't
breed sociopaths). Of course we all want our kids to be the next Nobel
Prize but let's face it, this isn't really in our power. eing aprent
isn't unworkable if you don't set the bar to hight for them, and for you
